Log into your Phenom account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
